What our graduates are saying:

This is my favourite yoga training that I have ever taken. I felt seen and heard in both the online and in-person training spaces. Thank you for a comprehensive training that really feels like it's left no stone unturned. I feel so much more prepared to teach in my community and I've benefited personally as well. Before taking this training I hadn't developed a solid personal practice, and now I have. I used to judge myself based on what my personal practice did/didn't look like, and I'm now much more comfortable honouring myself on and off the mat. I appreciate being able to do a training online and in person - this gave me the time and space to access the online resources when I was able and at a pace I was comfortable with. 100% recommend this training. I'm so grateful.”

Michelle, Accessible Yoga Training Graduate

“For me personally, the AY Training took me deeper into how I offer yoga within my community. I feel a calling to be an integrative teacher where anyone, regardless of physical abilities, can practice yoga in the spaces where I teach. Jivana introduced this concept to me during my 300 YTT and I have been evolving both my offerings and personal practice ever since. I think what really stood out for me is that accessibility is right there for us, but there are SO many barriers that our society has created to where folks feel like they have to fit into one specific class type or another. Taking a closer look at the Yamas and Niyamas and then to apply their meaning to "how" we teach, was powerful for me. Overall, this course is comprehensive, relatable, welcoming, and inspiring. I am excited to continue my educational journey with Accessible Yoga, and I feel so very fortunate to call myself and Accessible Yoga Teacher.
