ACCESSIBLE YOGA PODCAST

Welcome to the fifth season of the Accessible Yoga Podcast!

In the new series of episodes, host Jivana Heyman continues to share meaningful conversations with dedicated yoga teachers who are focused on expanding accessibility and equity in the yoga world.

Along with sharing compelling community stories about teaching yoga in the modern world, he’ll be focusing on the relationship between self-care and service—addressing the systemic and personal hurdles to taking care of ourselves and how our self-care uplifts our circles and ultimately benefits the world.

At the end of each episode, Jivana is joined by AY Marketing Manager Deanna Michalopoulos to discuss the episode. Plus, they invite you to participate: Through a virtual voicemail or an online form, share your questions, comments, and reflections to be featured on the podcast!
