Designing Creative Sequences for Accessible Yoga
with Jivana Heyman

REPLAY NOW AVAILABLE

Recorded live September 8th, 2026

One of the most important skills in teaching Accessible Yoga is class planning, which includes designing creative sequences that are safe and effective. At the same time, although you may have a plan on paper, it may be necessary to observe your students and adapt your sequence along the way. Balancing structure and spontaneity requires a toolkit of yoga knowledge from which you can draw in any given moment.

In this FREE 60-minute workshop, Accessible Yoga founder Jivana Heyman discusses:

  • Planning an Accessible Yoga class
  • The foundations of designing creative Accessible Yoga sequences
  • Sample frameworks for integrated mat and chair classes, chair yoga, and bed yoga classes
  • Finding balance between structure and spontaneity in our teaching

You'll also learn more about our upcoming 55-hour Accessible Yoga Training Online that begins September 18th, 2026.
