About our Mentorship Program
Our Mentorship Program offers yoga teachers and yoga therapists ongoing support, education, and inspiration. This program honors both self care and service—teaching you to create inclusive, accessible classes while building the restorative practices that will sustain your own teaching journey. It’s also an opportunity to come together with yoga teachers around the world to share experiences, form meaningful relationships, and build community with others who are dedicated to making yoga equitable and accessible.
Each month, join Jivana Heyman, founder of Accessible Yoga, for one-hour mentoring calls that blend personal practice with professional development, offering practical techniques for equitable teaching alongside guidance for your own wellbeing.
Accessible Yoga Mentor, Rodrigo Souza, leads the second monthly mentoring call, welcoming guest facilitators every other month who are leaders in the field. These sessions balance collective practice with individual support and community engagement.
If you can't join live, sessions will be recorded and you can watch them at your own pace.
You'll also access a dedicated virtual Community where you can chat with Rodrigo, Jivana, and hundreds of other teachers around the world.
