We can agree that this year has been all the things… on the lighter side, we’re celebrating Accessible Yoga founder and director Jivana Heyman, who has been teaching yoga for three decades!

You’re invited to join Jivana for a free yoga class and celebration of 30 years of teaching yoga, and help raise money for The Trevor Project. He’ll lead an accessible chair yoga class inspired by the moments of his life where the practice taught him most. (All levels of practitioner are welcome to attend.)

Jivana will also lead a community circle, in which you’ll be invited to share about what Jivana and Accessible Yoga has taught you. Plus, everyone will be invited to support queer and trans youth by donating to The Trevor Project.

About the Fundraiser:

You are welcome to join the class for free and it’s optional to donate. 

The Trevor Project is a cause that’s incredibly close to Jivana's heart. He is raising awareness and funds to help ensure that Pride Belongs Here — in every community, every conversation, and especially in the lives of LGBTQ+ young people. The Trevor Project is the leading organization working to end suicide among LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning) youth. Their 24/7 crisis services, education, and advocacy efforts save lives every single day.
