You are registering for Yoga for Spoonies: Exploring Practice & Teaching for Chronic Illness, an online, on-demand workshop series.

Yoga is often recommended for people with chronic illnesses, yet there is very little discussion about how best to practice. If taught consciously, yoga can offer a sanctuary of self-care for spoonies, people who have energy-limiting conditions, as well as people with chronic pain or other chronic conditions.
Yoga for Spoonies: Exploring Practice & Teaching for Chronic Illness is a series of 10 workshops featuring diverse voices from the yoga community, including teachers with chronic illness as well as those who have worked with students with chronic illness for years. We’ll explore a variety of topics including chronic fatigue, cancer, long covid, chronic pain, MS, fibromyalgia, and more.
Whether you are a practitioner or a teacher, this series is an opportunity to learn from teachers who have navigated these conditions themselves so that you can gain insight for your own practice or to help you guide your students in a safe and effective way.
Please note - enrollments in on-demand courses are non-refundable.
